Here at Noah & Maeve we aim to post your parcel within 2 working days. We use standard delivery (3-7 working days) please contact us if your item has not arrived after 7 working days, you can find our information to do so in our ‘Contact Us’ section. However please allow plenty of time during excessive busy periods (Christmas & sale times).

Standard Delivery to the UK Mainland (3-7 days) £4.95

We aim to make sure that our products go out to our customers how we would want to receive them. So all larger products are well packaged to make for a non bumpy and smooth delivery, arriving to you just how you would like. Our smaller products we wrap in tissue paper and other packaging to make sure the product is not harmed in transit.

We offer a Gift Wrapping service for our products so they can arrive ready to give as presents. Please choose between our various Maileg papers/gift bag options.

Here at Noah & Maeve we recycle all our boxes and packing materials and use them to resend ie bubble wrap and boxes.

Return Policy

We always hope our customers are satisfied with the products they receive however if this is not the case then please firstly message us directly at our email or phone which can be found in ‘Contact Us’ section of the website. You have up-to 14 days to contact us and return your item back to Noah & Maeve in its original packaging. The postage fee to return items back to us is paid for by the customer with proof of postage and ‘signed for post’ so we can ensure we receive the item back.

Once the item is Received then we will issue a refund, please allow up-to 5 working days for this refund.

Please note that if we receive the item back and it is not in the same way it was posted to you (box or item damaged) then we will not be able to issue a refund and we would then send the item back to you as the customer.at the customer expense .
