Returns & Refunds:
We always hope our customers are satisfied with the products they receive however if this is not the case then please firstly message us directly at our email or phone which can be found in ‘Contact Us’ section of the website. You have up-to 14 days to contact us and return your item back to Noah & Maeve in its original packaging. The postage fee to return items back to us is paid for by the customer with proof of postage and ‘signed for post’ so we can ensure we receive the item back. In cases where the item is faulty, please send over evidence of fault. Orders can be returned with proof of postage & tracking. Upon Receiving the return we will offer a refund of the original order & postage.

Please note that if we receive the item back and it is not in the same way it was posted to you (box or item damaged) then we will not be able to issue a refund and we would then send the item back to you as the customer.at the customer expense .
*Refunding Shoes/Wellies; These pieces of clothing/footwear have a 14 day return period. They must be returned in a ‘new’ state, with no signs of wear. Unfortunately if there are signs of wear then a refund cannot be given. If returning the shoes over 14 days (within 28 days) we are happy to give a credit note.
